I'm trying to figure out how many years I'll sign my players and I was wondering if the salary cap will expand at one point?
I think if it is ever to go up, then we need to know when that can happen, and how much it can go up.
I'm in two other dynasty leagues and in one we don't use real nhl salaries (players are paid by points-per-game) so the cap doesn't go up. In my other league, we use actual nhl salaries so the cap goes up proportionally to the NHL's cap increase (or decrease).
Either way I'm fine with the league's decision on this.

If the NHL cap goes up ours will go up. My plan is to stay 15-20 million over the NHL cap. I won't ever lower our cap, probably will go up at least a little bit next season.
